Lockwood Consulting
Adam Lockwood, Ph.D., NCSP, LP, is a licensed psychologist, school psychologist, professor, researcher, consultant, and builder working at the intersection of responsible AI, psychological assessment, research, and professional practice.

Professional story
Adam began his career working directly with students with disabilities as a special education paraeducator. He later became a school psychologist, licensed psychologist, university professor, and researcher specializing in psychological assessment, professional practice, and emerging technology.
His interest in artificial intelligence grew from a practical question: how can technology improve services, reduce unnecessary professional burden, and expand capacity without weakening expert judgment or professional responsibility?
Today, his work combines research, product and workflow advising, professional learning, prototyping, and organizational strategy. He helps organizations move from promising ideas to responsible, evidence-informed, and sustainable implementation.
